Gilsulate® 500XR is an engineered thermal insulation and corrosion protection system for underground piping & tanks for operating temperatures of 35°F to 800°F.

Standard Gilsulate® systems typically have up to a 30% HIGHER efficiency than pre-insulated systems and can be custom designed to achieve even higher efficiencies to meet individual needs. Gilsulate®500XR is an engineered system which is GREEN, federally approved, hydrophobic, patented and load-bearing. When properly installed, our system requires no maintenance or expensive cathodic protection. There is no substitute for Gilsulate® 500XR.
